Shipping and Deadlines

We work with international suppliers from the United States, Europe, and Asia to always ensure the best price and quality!


Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.
The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days.


If there are customs delays and the order is held in Ireland, this period until release does not count as a delivery deadline.


We take care to choose suppliers who, in addition to price and quality, also expedite the shipping time.


After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay.


If the postal service does not have possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can verify with our suppliers.


Confirming that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will IMMEDIATELY refund the TOTAL amount of your purchase after these verification steps.


The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email between 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.


If your order was made by bank deposit slip, the time between payment and bank compensation can take up to 5 business days.

 

Customs Taxation and Postal Service


Under Irish laws, imports may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on their value and nature. Currently, goods imported into Ireland from outside the European Union (EU) with a value exceeding €22 may be subject to Value-Added Tax (VAT), and goods with a value exceeding €150 may also be subject to customs duties.


In some cases, delays or taxation may occur due to customs procedures or other regulatory requirements. If your product is subject to taxation, please contact us so that we can assist and try to minimize the tax charge.


If taxation is unavoidable and no other recourse is available to avoid payment, it will be the responsibility of the end consumer.


We advise you to continue monitoring the delivery status through our tracking tool. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Exchanges and Returns


Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers with total confidence regarding the products purchased from our store.

All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also facilitate exchanges for products that are different from what was ordered by the customer. 

If you receive a product from us with any manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to initiate the exchange process:If more than 14 business days have passed and the product presents any flaw or defect, please contact us, providing your PPS Number, order number, the product to be returned, and details of the defect.

Upon receiving your email, we will forward your request to our quality department for verification. Authorization from this department will be required for a possible exchange. After the analysis is completed, we will contact you with the outcome and whether an exchange is necessary.

The deadline for requesting an exchange for this reason is 90 days after receiving the product. Please note that we will not process exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 14 business days. If the problem is confirmed, we will contact you via email, and you can choose one of the following options:

- Receive a refund of the paid amount.
- Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
- Receive a product of similar value.
- Receive a coupon with the product value for future purchases.

According to the Consumer Protection Code, requests for canceling virtual purchases must be made within 7 business days after the receipt date.

For credit card refunds, our finance department has a maximum period of 7 business days to process it with the credit card operator.

The deadline for the balance to return to your credit card is up to 120 days according to the credit card companies and depends on your billing cycle.

If a refund is necessary, it will be made to a current account within a maximum period of 10 business days after the quality analysis and can only be made to an account with the same data used on our website.

In the case of products returned without prior notification, outside the deadline, with the absence or discrepancy of items, without the label or invoice, they will be resent to customers. The same applies to exchanges rejected after product analysis by our quality department.

They will be resent to customers via DHL with postage due, and the postage for this resend must be paid by the customer. Please note: Lady Line is not responsible for shipping expenses for returns followed by refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products; this expense is the responsibility of the customer.

According to Irish consumer protection laws, requests for canceling virtual purchases must be made within a specified period after the receipt date, as outlined in the relevant legislation.

For refunds processed via credit card, our finance department is required to complete the transaction within a maximum period of days as mandated by the credit card operator.

The timeline for the refund to reflect in your credit card account may vary and is subject to the policies of the respective credit card companies and your billing cycle.

In the event of a refund, it will be credited to a designated account within a specified timeframe after quality analysis and is only permissible for an account with the same details used on our website. 

Products returned without prior notification, beyond the stipulated deadline, or with missing items, labels, or invoices will be re-dispatched to customers.

The same process applies to exchanges rejected after product analysis by our quality department, and the items will be resent via the designated postal service with postage due, which must be covered by the customer.
